As a health coach, I provide you with ongoing support and guidance in setting your health goals and making sustainable changes. It’s my job to help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice and determine what changes are necessary and most appropriate for you.

Working on the principle of bio-individuality — the idea that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs and one person’s food is another’s poison — I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences and ancestral background.

Using your energy level as a guide, I will design a personalized program that includes the type of eating plan that will work best for you. For example, some people need to eat meat while others are best suited to a vegetarian diet. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance, success and optimal health. When your program is complete, you will be different without having to remember to be different.

I offer two options for one-on-one coaching:

90-Day Optimal Health Intensive:

This short-term program with quick results offers my clients the opportunity to work on their health and wellness goals with my support as a coach. It is designed for those who know what they want to accomplish and are looking for some accountability and support.

Six-Month Optimal Health Make-Over:

It takes six months to change a habit. This program is for those who want to take on shifting their health habits and lifestyle to create permanent changes that will ensure long-term optimal health, but aren’t sure where to start.
